T-Mobile for Business needed to shift perception. While well-known as a consumer brand, it struggled to gain traction with enterprise customers—especially at live events where its B2B offerings lacked a compelling story. We needed to create an experience that showed, not told, how T-Mobile’s 5G solutions could drive real-world transformation.
Solution
We discovered that business leaders weren’t seeking specs—they wanted vision. I led the creation of 5G Adventure, an immersive web and event-based experience that brought business transformation to life through storytelling.
The experience combined parallax scroll, narrative sequencing, and industry-specific insights to turn abstract 5G capabilities into tangible outcomes. Users could explore scenarios tailored to their verticals—seeing how T-Mobile’s tech could help solve real operational challenges. At events, we extended the journey into physical activations, bringing the digital narrative into the real world.
The campaign drove a 14% increase in qualified leads, helped reposition T-Mobile as a business transformation partner, and was recognized with a Telly Award, in partnership with our external agency.
