I led the creation of 5G Adventure, an immersive web and event-based experience that brought business transformation to life through storytelling. The experience combined parallax scroll, narrative sequencing, and industry-specific insights to turn abstract 5G capabilities into tangible outcomes. Users could explore scenarios tailored to their verticals—seeing how T-Mobile’s tech helps solve real operational challenges.
We brought this new approach to customer success storytelling into the real world with immersive experiential activations and a VR experience.
The campaign drove a 14% increase in qualified leads, helped reposition T-Mobile as a business transformation partner, and was recognized with a Telly Award, in partnership with our external agency.
